Rooms & Buildings
Our property is comprised of four buildings with comfortable accommodations spread throughout. We offer air conditioned rooms that feature one king bed or two queen beds. Most of our rooms with two queen beds have a pullout sofa. We have two rooms that have a full kitchen. All of our rooms have a private bathroom, are NON-SMOKING and offer refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, ceiling fans, hair dryers & irons with boards. We offer Cable Flat Screen TV, free local calling and free WiFi.
Main Building & Office
This building has several guest rooms as well as our Front Desk, and owners living quarters. There are 6 rooms with balconies on the second floor and 7 rooms on the ground floor, which includes a Handicap Accessible unit with 1 King bed. There are several lovely, flowering planters along the ground floor porch.

Ground Floor - 2 Queens w/Pullout Sofa
We have 6 rooms of this variety. These rooms offer spacious accommodations for a maximum of 5 people. Each room has a set of two outdoor chairs on the front porch. Enjoy your morning coffee outside with the flowers and rising sun! You can park your car directly in front of your door for easy access in and out!

2nd Floor - 1 King w/Balcony
We have 6 rooms of this variety. These rooms are accessed by outdoor staircases on each end of the building, and offer spacious accommodations. The balconies face east allowing you to enjoy your morning coffee outside with the rising sun! These rooms are for 2 adults only…sorry, no children.

North Building
This building has 3 king rooms on the second floor and 1 room on the ground floor with 2 Queen beds. Lovely flower boxes adorn this building, and Scott’s Brook runs behind the building making its way to the ocean thru the woods across the street. This building faces south making for wonderful afternoon sun on the porch!

2nd Floor - 1 King
There are 3 units of this variety. They are not completely identical in layout, but are very similar to one another. Each room is accessed by a single, outdoor staircase with #201 at the top of the stairs. The porch extends the length of the building and each room has a set of outdoor chairs. These rooms are for 2 adults only….sorry, no children.

South Building
This building has 4 ground floor units all with 1 King Bed. There is a deck that extends the length of the building with outdoor seating for all 4 rooms, and is located next to the pool area! Parking in front of your door makes for easy access in and out!

These ground floor rooms with 1 King Bed are all identical and are the only rooms that offer an extra sink outside of the bathroom. Seating outside your door on the deck, and just a few steps away from the pool! These rooms are for 2 Adults only….sorry, no children.

With these rooms being the smallest we offer, we feel they are appropriate for no more than 4 people. In addition to all the same amenities as our larger rooms, these rooms offer an extra sink outside of the bathroom. Just a hop, skip & a jump will find you to the pool area for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring in Acadia! 
West Building
This building is tucked in the rear of the property just past the pool area. A popular building among repeat guests, with just 6 units it feels especially homey and peaceful at our already quiet location on Lower Main St. There is an additional sitting area just off the side of the building with adirondack chairs where you can relax and recap your day in Acadia!

This room offers the benefit of a full kitchen, equipped with all you’ll need to prepare a home cooked meal. This room also offers TWO private balconies all for yourselves! One of our more popular rooms for sure! This room is for 2 adults only…sorry, no children.

This is a great unit for a family of 4 or 5. It offers 1 Queen bed & 2 Twin beds, and has space to accommodate a cot if traveling with 5 people. It has its own porch with seating for 4 people - great place to sit and relax after a busy day exploring Acadia!We are in an ideal location!
Many have concluded that we are located in an ideal location on Main Street in Bar Harbor right between the main business district and the entrance to Acadia National Park. If you look on the map you will see how convenient this is. You can leave your car next to your room and walk to most places in the area. Be sure to book your rooms in advance.
